New Board-Level Libraries
The Altium Content Team is pleased to announce the first release of new board-level libraries for Samtec, kicking off with a large collection of standard board-to-board connectors.
We are launching our Samtec library support with more than 2,000 standard board-to-board connectors, covering the .100” (2.54mm) square post socket and terminal strips, as well as 2mm socket strips and terminals - and PC/104-Plus™. 3D models have been provided by Samtec, and our design team has been busy creating hundreds of footprints & symbols.

Along with completing the Standard Board-to-Board catalog, we will be adding the High Speed Board-to-Board catalog of connectors soon - including Mezzanine, Rugged High Speed Strips, High Density Arrays, Ultra Micro and High Isolation RF.
All components are available directly from the Altium Content Vault - which now supports vault-to-vault acquisition, as well as place-from and downloads (as cmplibs and source models) – you will also find supplier links and pricing information from suppliers such as Digi-Key, Farnell/Newark, Mouser and more – connect to the Altium Content Vault to explore further. Samtec components are also available as Design Content libraries online.
