New Board-Level Libraries
The Altium Content Team is excited to announce the first release of board-level libraries for ON Semiconductor, kicking off with near complete support for their Discrete catalog. Included in the Discrete category is a wide range of devices including bipolar transistors, diodes & rectifiers, ESD & EMI protection diodes and filters, IGBTs, FETs, thyristors and tunable components.
This release contains more than 8,300 CAD models (symbols & footprints) for ON Semiconductor discretes. Models have been created using datasheets as source, with supply chain information added to the integrated libraries, or provided as part choices in the Altium Content Vault. The breakdown of sub-families is as follows:

Our current plans are to continue rolling out ON Semiconductor libraries over the coming months. The next release will contain Signal Management devices, followed by Power Management and Logic. All components are available directly from the Altium Content Vault - which supports vault-to-vault acquisition, as well as place-from and downloads (as cmplibs and source models) – you will also find supplier links and pricing information from suppliers such as Digi-Key, Farnell/Newark, Mouser and more – connect to the Altium Content Vault to explore further.
